Fitness, that is what we all are crazy about. The trend for fitness has increased to such an extent that you can find almost every second person hitting the gym and that is good also, like its said health is wealth. Doing workout is really fun and exciting but having a work out buddy while exercising is more than fun. Everyone out there cannot hire a personal trainer and that times our friends are there for us.
If we take the connection between us and the exercises as a chemical reaction then workout buddies act as catalyst in that reaction. Have you ever felt that working out with friend sometimes seems easy and more energetic? Yes? All do. We have prepared here a small list that tells why having a work out buddy is somewhat important and necessary.
Working Out With A Work Out Buddy
1.) Motivating Factor :-
The time when you are about to give up and leave the weight onto the ground then there comes a motivating voice “Yeah, come on, 2 more reps”. If not 2 then at least you give it one more.
2.) Corrects You :-
Like written above, everyone can’t hire a personal trainer but everyone do have a friend. At times you are doing any exercise wrong or your positions are wrong then your friend will tell you as soon as you start doing it, other may also correct you but the probability for that is quite low as everyone is busy with their own workout. Wrong posture can harm your body and your friend can help in preventing that.
3.) Makes It More Energetic :-
Although you should do exercise according to your body limits but sometimes you get careless and don’t even do that properly. If you are working out with one of your friend then you would surely not want to show him/her that you can’t even do a single exercise properly which will ultimately leave you with no other option than performing the work out properly and without being careless.
4.) The Work Out Is Not Left Incomplete :-
“Uurghh, I don’t wanna do more exercise now, I think its enough for the day”, this thing often comes to a beginners mind because their bodies are not in a habit to bear the pain in early days of working out but if by chance that beginner is working out with one of his friend who won’t leave it incomplete then may be just to copy his friend, he would do the exercise honestly. Indirectly his friend helped him developing a good stamina.
5.) Help You Lifting Heavy Weights :-
Although extroverts kind of people can find it really easy to get help in a particular exercise but if everyone is busy with their set of exercises then this might be a problem for him too. Here we present – “FRIEND – AN ANGEL” :-P. A friend in need is a friend indeed. He would give his support to you while lifting heavy weights and vice versa.
